1. Peel lemons (just the dark yellow skin, leave out the rind as much as possible(white part)
2. Make real lemonade with the fruit since you'll be waiting overnight
3. Weigh the lemon peels
4. Put peels in a bowl or ziplock, and add an equal amount of white sugar
5. Leave overnight at room temperature
6. Collect the produced syrup, and place in a container.
7. Keep refrigerated
Mix 1 tsp NESCAFÉ GOLD with 30ml warm water. Mix well
Add 15ml lemon syrup
Add 15ml sugar syrup. Mix well
Add 120ml sparkling water
Add 4 ice cubes
