  • 2.00 Tbsps. ( 30.00  ml ) freshly boiled water (approximately 75º C)
  • 190.00 ml low fat milk
  • Nutmeg, cinnamon, or cocoa powder (optional)

Mix the instant coffee and boiling water, stir it well.

Heat the milk in a glass container for 1 minute in a microwave. Froth the hot milk for 2 minutes with a handheld frother. You’re aiming for a foam layer that’s 2 fingers thick – 35mm, to be precise.
