This is also called the Einspanner, which is an espresso-based, creamy, Viennese coffee that’s usually served in a tall glass. It was named after a single horse-drawn carriage which was ideal at the time for coachmen because the heavy cream kept the coffee warm and prevented spillage. We're focusing on an iced version as a modern, tropical take. It's fun to drink because of the whipping cream and the chocolate powder on top. Nice to sip on as you go through your afternoons or evenings at home.
