Did you know?
The average age of farmers in the Philippines is 57 years old. Many young people are not interested in coffee farming due to the belief that it is not a profitable livelihood. That's why NESCAFÉ launched the NESCAFÉ Plan, aiming to educate Filipino coffee farmers about good agricultural practices that increase their yield and income while promoting the well-being of both nature and farmers.
Through the NESCAFÉ Plan
We collaborate with Nestlé Philippines, the Department of Agriculture, TESDA, and GIZ to provide educational programs. Every year, we train an average of 7,600 farmers, empowering them to thrive in their coffee farming journey. As the largest local manufacturer in the Philippines sourcing green coffee locally, we ensure the quality of our coffee while contributing to the growth and sustainability of the local coffee industry.

We are thrilled to announce the success of our
Kape't Bisig sa Pagbangon campaign! Thanks to the overwhelming support from coffee lovers like you and the participation of notable Filipino celebrities and singers such as Ben & Ben, KZ Tandingan, TJ Monteverde, Mimiyuuuh, AC Bonifacio, Adie, Mona Gonzales, Gianne Hinolan, and Nana Silayro, we were able to provide a remarkable 10 million Pesos grant.
Educational Grant
This grant has been provided to 400 Junior and Senior students who are children of our Filipino coffee farmers from Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU), University of Southern Mindanao (USM), and Central Mindanao University (CMU). Each deserving student received Php 25,000 to support their thesis and other school requirements, paving the way for their future careers in farming and contributing to the growth of the coffee industry.
Together, we have made a significant impact on the lives of these talented students and the future of our coffee industry.
