  • 4.00 tsp NESCAFÉ® Gold
  • 2.00 tbsp Black Gelatin Powder
  • White Sugar
  • 4.00 cups Water
  • Whipped Cream
  • Caramel Syrup
  • 3.00 tbsp Condensed Milk

COFFEE JELLY
  1. Add 2 tbsp black gelatin powder to deep saucepan 

  2. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water 

  3. Add 4 tsp NESCAFÉ GOLD

  4. Add 4 cups hot water 

  5. Stir over low heat until even consistency (or gelatin fully dissolved) 

  6. Set aside, let cool 

  7. Pour into a shallow container and refrigerate until it firms up

BEVERAGE
  1. Put coffee jelly in tall glass 

  2. Prepare 1/2 cup cold milk 

  3. Add 2-3 tablespoons of condensed milk. Stir well 

  4. Add sweet milk mix into tall glass 

  5. Put 3-6 ice cubes until glass is filled 4/5 of the way up

  6. Add whipping cream on top 

  7. Add caramel syrup to decorate 

  8. Enjoy!
