  • 4.00 tbsp unsweetened pumpkin puree (available canned. alternatively, steam 100g pumpkin until tender, and then blend until smooth)
  • 200.00 ml hot water (Approx. 80ºC)
  • 1.00 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.50 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.50 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 0.13 tsp ( 0.50  g ) ground cloves for 1 serves
  • 2.00 - 3.00 tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • 200.00 ml semi skimmed milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 2.00 tbsp lightly whipped cream (optional)

Brew the coffee by combining 6 teaspoons of NESCAFÉ Azera My Way Latte with 200 ml hot water.

Add the freshly brewed NESCAFÉ AZERA My Way Latte, unsweetened pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and sugar-free vanilla syrup to a small pot on a medium heat. As it heats, whisk constantly until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into your cup and top up with frothed milk.
