How long does the promotion run for?

The Promotion starts at 12:01am AEDT on 26th February 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 3rd June 2025.

What is the promotion?

The chance to instantly win the below prizes:

What are the participating products in the promotion?

Any product from the NESCAFÉ® Blend 43® range (including specially marked or non-specially marked products).

What are the participating retailers?

Any supermarket in Australia (including online) that stocks the Participating Products and displays advertising for this Promotion.

How do I enter the promotion?

1. Purchase any Participating Product in a single transaction, from a Participating Retailer;
2. Go to www.nescafe.com/au/campaigns/blend43-instant-win-promotion and follow the prompts to the NESCAFÉ® Blend 43® Consumer Promotion entry page;
3. Complete the entry form including (but not limited to) their name, email address, phone number, and upload a copy of their itemised purchase receipt (retain original receipt*); and
4. Click on “submit” to finalise their entry. Entries must be submitted before the close of the Promotional Period.

Do I have to make a purchase to enter?

Yes, you will need to purchase any NESCAFÉ® Blend 43® product from any Australian Retailer (including online), during the promotion period.

How many times can I enter?

Multiple entries are permitted, however there is a limit of one entry per transaction (per receipt) regardless of how many participating products are purchased in the same transaction. Entries must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Terms and Conditions. Entrants can only win a maximum of one (1) Instant Win Prize (except for SA residents).

How old do I have to be to enter?

You must be 18 years or over to enter the promotion.

As part of the entry, I need to upload a receipt that shows the receipt number, where do I find the receipt number?

The receipt number can be found in different locations depending on the retailer where you purchased your participating products. If you have an electronic receipt in pdf format, please save it as an image file so it can be uploaded in the entry form. If you are having any issues with locating the receipt number or in uploading your receipt, feel free to contact us by using the Contact Us button in the menu.

How do I know if I am a winner?

Instant Winners:

Instant Prize Winners will be notified as provisional winners on screen at the time of entry. We will then verify your entry and email you within five (5) business days to advise on the outcome of your entry. If you are confirmed as an instant prize winner, follow the instructions in the notification email to claim your prize.

Prizes will be sent out either digitally by email or physically by post (depending on which type of gift card you have selected) within twenty eight (28) days.

Can I swap the prize?

Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable.

I am a provisional instant prize winner, what are the next steps?

Congratulations on your win! Provisional instant prize winners will be notified immediately on screen via the competition website. Once your entry has been validated, you will receive an email to your registered email address within 5 business days. Please follow the instructions in the notification email to claim your prize. If it has been more than 10 working days, please get in contact with us at nescafe.promotion@xpobrands.com.au. Alternatively get in contact with Nestle Customer Support via the Contact Us button in the menu.

I am not an instant prize winner, what can I do now?

Sorry that you are not an instant prize winner this time! To try again for an Instant Prize, simply make a new purchase of any NESCAFÉ® Blend 43® product at a participating retailer during the promotional period and come back to enter again! A quick note: once you have entered with a particular receipt, you cannot use the same receipt to enter again.

How do I claim my prize?

If you have been selected as a provisional instant prize winner on screen, your entry will be validated, and you will receive an email within five (5) business days to confirm the outcome of your entry. Follow the instructions in the notification email to claim your prize.

If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize may be forfeited, and the Promoter may determine and alternative winner.

Prizes will be sent out either digitally by email or physically by post (depending on which type of gift card you have selected) within twenty eight (28) days.
